Dan helped us purchase our first home several years ago.  He was able to explain the ins and outs of the various neighborhoods we were considering.  He patiently and professionally showed us many houses before we found the one we wanted-- on Christmas day.  I am fairly certain I tried and failed to wait until the day after Christmas to call him.  I blamed my lack of manners on late-stage pregnancy hormones and Dan got right to work getting us our house.  We appreciated his market savvy when it came time to make our offer.  In the end, we got the house we wanted at the right price ... thanks to Dan. In each of my transactions over the years Daniel's service, knowledge, expertise, and referrals have been priceless.  His attention to detail and commitment to make sure you get the best deal and close the sale is one of his strongest assets. During my most recent purchase, I gave him a couple homes I wanted to see.  After seeing those homes, and getting a better idea of what I really wanted and the features I was looking for he asked me if I would be willing to look at one more home.  It ended up being what I have always been looking for. I probably would have missed out on this home. During the sale of my home, the lender for the buyer and the agent for the buyer were probably the worst I have seen.  Our deal almost fell through if it hadn't been for Daniel basically taking over for the other agent helping to make sure this deal closed.
