In each of my transactions over the years Daniel's service, knowledge, expertise, and referrals have been priceless. His attention to detail and commitment to make sure you get the best deal and close the sale is one of his strongest assets. During my most recent purchase, I gave him a couple homes I wanted to see. After seeing those homes, and getting a better idea of what I really wanted and the features I was looking for he asked me if I would be willing to look at one more home. It ended up being what I have always been looking for. I probably would have missed out on this home.
