I have purchased a property from Dan as well has had him rent out some of my properties. This was the first time I engaged Dan to sell a property for me and as always he went above and beyond. Along with his team, Dan was able to get me an offer above asking price within 24 hours of the property listing. Dan helped along the entire process from listing, negotiating, to closing. Dan helped us buy our first town home recently. He has been very patient right from the start. He gave lot of information for almost year though we weren't ready for buying a house. When it was time he very proactive helped us show properties to our preference, answered all the questions, provided suggestions during the entire process. Dan helped me sell my condo and purchase a townhouse all in the middle of the pandemic! He was amazingly supportive, always kept me posted on every little detail, held my hand through out the process and explained anything that was not clear. A Pleasure to Work With
I am a first-time home buyer and I was starting with very little knowledge of the process. Dan, who came highly recommended to me, said early on that he enjoys working with first-timers and it really showed. Dan taught me a lot, and showed me how to get it done right. I was very committed to purchasing a home and we moved quickly. He showed me around 6 or 7 houses in the first couple weeks before I put in my first (and only!) offer. With each showing, I learned more about what to look for, what to avoid, and ultimately, what would be just right for us.
Dan is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and types of homes we visited and his many years of experience paid off in a lot of ways. Whenever I asked to see a place he set it up quickly and accommodated my schedule. When I found the first home that ticked off all the boxes, we managed to visit it within a few hours of discovering it online, he spoke with the seller’s agent, and then we prepared all the paperwork and submitted the offer that same evening. To my surprise, the offer was accepted within 24 hours. Fortunately, Dan had walked me through the offer process and paperwork earlier in the week, so when it was time to pounce, we did, and it worked out great.
Dan has a perfect personality for the work he does. He is patient, meticulous, kind, strategic, focused (yet laidback), and very well-versed in real estate. Dan is the Man! As a real estate investor I have worked with over 20 agents in the past 10 years. He is by far the most responsive and attentive agent I have ever engaged with and he wasn't even my agent he was the sellers agent. We needed to sell our home of 10 years in a month. Daniel was amazing and our rock. He quickly assessed our home and made recommendations for a quick sale. He listens to a client's requests in a home purchase and works hard to find just the right match for your needs. All phone calls, text messages, or emails are answered promptly. Daniel will go above and beyond to help with any financial concern, be it placing an offer on a home, what closing costs are to be expected, or even help in referring you to a reliable lender if needed. My husband and I made a successful move from Illinois to Virginia in 2017 with Daniel's help and at no point were we not pleased with any part of the process.
Would Use Dan Again
Dan helped us purchase our first home several years ago. He was able to explain the ins and outs of the various neighborhoods we were considering. He patiently and professionally showed us many houses before we found the one we wanted-- on Christmas day. I am fairly certain I tried and failed to wait until the day after Christmas to call him. A Great Person

During my most recent purchase, I gave him a couple homes I wanted to see. After seeing those homes, and getting a better idea of what I really wanted and the features I was looking for he asked me if I would be willing to look at one more home. It ended up being what I have always been looking for. I probably would have missed out on this home.
During the sale of my home, the lender for the buyer and the agent for the buyer were probably the worst I have seen. Our deal almost fell through if it hadn't been for Daniel basically taking over for the other agent helping to make sure this deal closed.
